  2. Prepare 500 gm potato
  3. Take 2 tbspoon dabeli masala
  4. Get Half cup green chutney
  5. Get Half cup tarmarind pulp
  6. Take 2 tbspoon chopped coriander
  7. Prepare 2 tbspoon sev
  8. Make ready 2 tbspoon pomogranate
  9. Make ready 2 tbspoon butter
  10. Get 1 tspoon black salt, jeera powder
  11. Prepare 2 tbspoon sugar
  12. Prepare 3 tbspoon oil
Steps to make Dabeli:
  1. Boil the patato and mash it. Add oil in a pan. Now add dabeli masala and mix it..now add potato into it and mix it gently. Now add the tarmarind pulp, black salt, sugar, roasted jeera powder to it. Cook for 2 mins and switch off the gas.
  2. Now transfer this mixture into flat dish and add coriander, pomogranate, masala sing to it. If you want you can add chopped onlion also.
  3. Now take pav cut in half apply butter to both the side and roast it in medium flame on tava. Now apply one side tarmarind chutney and one side green chutney and put the mixture one side. Now roast for one minute and lastly garnish with sev. ☺
