- Add the rest of water. Mix in Tamarind broth powder or paste (In photos- either works well). I like mine not overly sour for Sinampalukan (but super sour for pork Sinigang) so it's up to you how much, add to taste. Adjust if more fish sauce /salt is needed also.
- Drop in the soft/leafy veggies. Bring to a quick simmer. Turn off heat and serve hot with rice.
