The ingredients needed to make Poha:
  1. Take 1 cup poha
  2. Make ready 6-7 tbspoon water
  3. Make ready 2 tbspoon oil
  4. Prepare 1 tspoon jeera
  5. Make ready Half tspoon hing
  6. Get 1 tspoon red chilli poweder
  7. Take Half tspoon chat masala and black salt
  8. Take 2-3 tbspoon chopped coriander
  9. Make ready 2 tbspoon chopped green chilli
  10. Take 7-8 curry leaves
  11. Take Besan sev or bundi for garnishing
  12. Make ready 1 tomato chopped
  13. Take 2 tbsoon sugar
  14. Make ready 1 tspoon salt
  15. Get 1 tbspoon lemon juice
  16. Make ready Half tspoon tarmaric(haldi) powder
Instructions to make Poha:
  1. First wash and rinse the poha in one bowl and kept aside. Mix red chilli powder, chat masala and black salt in a bowl and kept aside.
  2. Now in a pan add oil. When oil gets hot add jeera and hing(asofotida). Saute it for 10 seconds now add green chilli and curry leaves. Mix it then add tarmaric powder. Mix it and add 6 to 7 tbspoon water to eat..now quickly add salt sugar and lemon juice to that boiling water
  3. After sugar desolved in water add the poha and mix it properly and put a lid to the pan and cook for 2 min. Finaly add chopped coriander to the poha.
  4. For garnishing take a poha in a plate. Sprinkle that masala which we have made earlier..add tomatoes to the top and if you want you can add chopped onion too..add besan sev and masala bundi..serve it immediately..your healthy breakfast is ready 😊
