Instructions to make Larb Salmon:
- Separate the salmon from the skin. Slice the salmon into thin strips. Place into bowl.
- Slice the shallot, dice the garlic, chiffonade the kefir leaves, and chop up the Thai chilli roughly.
- Slice the white part of the green onion and roughly chop the mint. Chop up the cilantro.
- Add the salt, khao khua, chilli powder, lime juice, and fish sauce to the salmon and mix. Adjust ingredients to taste.
- Add all of the prepped vegetables to the salmon except for the mint and cilantro. Mix with hands.
- Add the mint and cilantro to the mixture and mix. Adjust seasonings to taste.
