  8. Take 6 sprigs cilantro
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt

  12. Take 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  13. Prepare Juice of 1/2 a lime
Instructions to make Larb Salmon:
  1. Separate the salmon from the skin. Slice the salmon into thin strips. Place into bowl.
  2. Slice the shallot, dice the garlic, chiffonade the kefir leaves, and chop up the Thai chilli roughly.
  3. Slice the white part of the green onion and roughly chop the mint. Chop up the cilantro.
  4. Add the salt, khao khua, chilli powder, lime juice, and fish sauce to the salmon and mix. Adjust ingredients to taste.
  5. Add all of the prepped vegetables to the salmon except for the mint and cilantro. Mix with hands.
  6. Add the mint and cilantro to the mixture and mix. Adjust seasonings to taste.
