  3. Make sure to squeeze all the water out of the koya tofu. Then cut it in strips about 5mm thick. These snacks taste best thin.
  4. Line up the cut koya tofu in a shallow pan or plate.
  5. Pour brown sugar you dissolved in hot water on top.
  6. Cover with kinako.
