- Heat a cast iron skillet or a pan on medium heat. Place a circle of dough and roast for 30 sec on one side the flip and cook for another 30 sec until it puffs. (no oil is needed for cooking)
- The flatbread is cooked when it puffed with light brown spots on both sides.
- Wrap in a kitchen towel to keep them soft.
