  1. Prepare the flax eggs (1 Tablespoon ground flax to 2.5 water)
  2. Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into into cubed size pieces.
  3. Shred both potatoes.
  4. Place the shredded potato's in large mixing bowl. Add herb, onion, zucchini and mushrooms. Mix well.
  5. Add the flax egg, nut milk and flour. Mix well.
