  1. Boil wonton noodles for 2-3 minutes. Rinse noodles and drain. Place into bowls. Blanch gai lan and place on to noodles. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine mushrooms, scallions, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, white pepper, bouillon, meat, egg, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Place approximately 1 tbsp of wonton filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the inner edge of wrapper and fold into a triangle. Pleat edges together. Repeat.
  4. In a pot of boiling water, add wontons. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes until wontons float. Remove and place on to noodle.
  5. Pour boiling broth into bowl. Top with scallions and chilli.
