  2. Get 4 eggs
  3. Prepare 130 ml anchovies stock
  4. Get 1 tbsp fish sauce
  5. Prepare 2 stalks spring onion, finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. Take 1/3 tsp salt
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions to make Korean Steamed Egg:
  1. Using a saucepan, dissolve 2tbsp anchovies powder in 130ml water. Set aside to cool for later use.
  2. Add all ingredients for egg mixture into a mixing bowl and whip until well combine.
  3. Transfer egg mixture into a 1/2tbsp sesame oil-coated Korean Earthenware Pot.  The mixture should filled up almost to the brim (less 1cm).
  4. Heat up egg mixture pot using medium heat. Keep stiring until 80% of the egg mixture become curdy.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped spring onion (green parts) and cover with round bowl and allow it to cook over medium heat for another 2mins. Expect some water to flow out. Remove the pot from the fire.
  6. Sprinkle some furikake (optional) before serving.
