  1. Prep all your ingredients ready.if can mixed up all the sauces first.
  2. Heat your pot and cooking oil.then add in garlic,ginger and tomato.stir until fragrance then add in dry chili and others herbs.stir until it become soft and wet
  3. Then add in your pork and water.
  4. Also add in tofu skin. Also with all your sauces. Let it simmer for about 45minutes on medium heat. U can cook this with your slow cooking pot..set for 2 hour.or 3 hour up to you. The result is so yummy. The longer you slow cooking and simmer the softer the pork meat become. Happy try
