- Make ready Black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder

- Cook hamburger along with seasonings of choice until fully cooked; drain.
- Return to pan and stir in 1 cup of enchilada sauce.
- Add in 1 cup of cheese.
- Spread about 1/2 cup of the remaining sauce in bottom of prepared baking dish.
- Heat up tortillas in dampened paper towels for 30 seconds or until pliable.
- Place spoonful of beef mixture in each tortilla and place in baking dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- I used a 9x13 pan and was able to get 12 enchiladas in that one and then still had some left over meat so I filled another smaller pan with 6 more.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
