- Add remaining sour cream,stirring with a balloon whisk,or beat on low with electric mixer
- Beat in icing to consistency of liking(until spreadable or firm enough.Alternate the icing with milk powder to cut down on it being too sweet. *Note: colour as desired.or divide up for several colours.and adjust ingredients to cake size you are decorating
