- Now take a kadhai and pour mixture into it. Keep it on low flame and keep stirring.
- Once it starts boiling - add green chilli and salt
- Meanwhile take a pan, heat some oil in it and now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, dry red chilli and asafoetida together and sauté well.
- Now add this mixture to the bigger Kadhai and mix well. Garnish with coriander and serve.
