Hummus is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look fantastic. Hummus is something which I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook hummus using 6 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Hummus:
  1. Get 1 cup boiled chickpea (safaid cholay)
  2. Take 1/2 cup white sesame seeds lightly roasted (til)
  3. Prepare 2 Triangle cheese (happy cow)
  4. Get 1 clove garlic
  5. Get Olive oil
  6. Get 4-5 small Green chillies chopped
Instructions to make Hummus:
  1. Add chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic, cheese and 2 to 3 tbsp olive oil in the grinder and grind all these ingredients, after grinding it looks like a thick paste. Now your hummus is ready.
  2. Then pour the hummus in a serving plate add chopped green chillies, some chickpeas and olive oil (according to your taste or need) on the hummus and serve it with arabic khuboos or pita bread. πŸ˜‹πŸ™‚
