  9. Bake on top rack, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  10. Divide tortillas between plates and evenly sprinkle with Mexican cheese blend. Tap with beef mixture, salsa, and Crema. Serve with remaining lime wedges on the side.
