  1. PREPARING THE MARINADE - Mix the soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, sesame seeds, and thinly sliced green onions in a small bowl. Remove the bean sprouts from the pan, and place them in a bowl

Reserve.In a small egg pan with a little bit of grapeseed oil, make your over easy eggs. Reserve.Heat a wok with 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil until slightly smoking.Add in the marinated Miyazakigyu Wagyu beef cubes, and let them sear for 30 seconds. Then, flip the beef cubes, and sauté for 2 minutes, allowing them to caramelize.
